The Office 365 Deployment Specialistwill be the primary point of contact during the U.S. Courts migration from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Office 365.The Office 365 Deployment Specialistwill travel to US Federal court sites across the United States to work with court personnel during the pre-and post-deployment/migration. The Office 365 Deployment Specialistwill demonstrate the ability to manage a complex, multi-faceted project in a customer-facing role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate all deployment and migration activities (including spearheadingall phases of the deployment lifecycle).

  • Identify concerns, issues, and/or constraints individual courts may have throughout the deployment process and make recommendations to senior leadership as necessary.

  • Proactively identify any significant project risks, and develop migration strategies.

  • Provide an excellent experience for the courts throughout the Office 365 deployment and migration process.

  • Manage team priorities and provide expert guidance on release and deployment best practices.

  • Assist with developing migration and deployment policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time.

  • Experience with the deployment of enterprise applications.

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills and self-guidance.

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills ranging from communication to facilitation.

  • Project management experience is required.

  • Ability to multi-task is essential; ability to manage 5+ projects and schedules at once.

  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP certification.

Experience withMicrosoft Office 365 deployment.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and/or work experience required by contract labor category.

Minimum of three to five years of experience with IT product deployment.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Existing AOUSC security clearance or ability to obtain an AOUSC security clearance.

Pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
