IBA is currently recruiting for a customer-facing Office 365 ProPlus Engineer to support the Administrative Office of the US Courts with deploying Office 365 Pro Plus, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and Outlook in the US Courts offices located throughout the United States. The selected applicant will bring creative solutions to the client, demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills while managing a complex, multi-faceted project.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for understanding the technical details for deploying Office 365 ProPlus and driving consistency in the customers experience with moving to Office 365 ProPlus.

  • Solve problems quickly, develop workflow and processes cooperation team, and automate processes.

  • Assist with developing appropriate support model to include the development of policies and procedures.

  • Perform service administration and account maintenance.

  • Act as the primary contact for service escalations and troubleshooting of issues.

  • Resolve client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues.

  • Analyze Office 365 service reports, auditing log, and third-party service reports.

  • Use Microsoft Office 365 support tools: Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer (RCA), Microsoft Online Services Diagnostics and Logging(MOSDAL), and Transport Reliability IP Probe(TRIPP).

  • Write and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to remediate any open issues to support users.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.

  • Create service requests as needed for Microsoft Premier Support.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer support and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Office 365 deployment and migration.

  • Expert skills in managing and administering Office 365 (Office 365 ProPlus, user provisioning /de-provisioning, permissions, access, etc.).

  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting these platforms: Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Mail-flow and Connectors, Outlook client configuration, Powershell, SMTP, SSL/TLS.

  • Broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office 365, Office 365 ProPlus, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and other Office 365 products.

  • Must be willing and able to travel 100% of the time

  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with Lotus Notes and/or Lotus Notes to Exchange Migrations.

Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365.

Education, Certifications and Work Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree and/or work experience required by contract labor category.

Two to four years of experience with Office 365 administration and migrations.

Security Clearance Requirements:

Existing AOUSC security clearance or ability to obtain an AOUSC security clearance.

Pursuant to a government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
