Position: The Management & Organization Department of the Mendoza College of Business invites applications from qualified candidates for multiple faculty positions in organizational behavior to begin in Fall 2018. These positions are open-rank, and we welcome applications at all levels. Individuals whose research complements the interests of our existing faculty are especially encouraged to apply. We highly value collegiality and welcome individuals with the ability to work with others in the department. The starting salary and teaching load are market competitive. Faculty members will be a part of a vibrant department and will receive ample annual research budgets, as well as outstanding computer, administrative, and library support.

About the Department: The Management & Organization (M&O) Department in the Mendoza College of Business includes tenured, tenure-track, and special professional faculty with expertise and research interests spanning organizational behavior, strategic management, business ethics, human resource management, and communication. The department also includes several post-doctoral researchers, and a number of faculty in other departments within Mendoza have related research interests. QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Candidates must expect to hold a doctorate in Management or a closely-related field by August 2018. More senior applicants should have research, teaching, and service records sufficient to merit appointment at the tenured associate, full, or endowed chair level.

1) a cover letter indicating the candidate's research and teaching interests; 2) a curriculum vitae; 3) several representative research papers; 4) evidence of teaching effectiveness; and 5) three letters of recommendation.

Candidates without a Ph.D. should include a dissertation proposal or dissertation summary as one of their research papers.

Applications will continue to be accepted until the positions are filled. For full consideration, please ensure that all materials (including letters of recommendation) are submitted by Friday, September 15, 2017. Our intention is to begin holding campus interviews in late-September/early-October.
