KEY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are currently seeking self-motivated Operators for our manufacturing and production operation to join our growing facility located in .Pine Brook.

Shift Schedule:

2nd Shift- 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Work Schedule:

  • Week One: - 3 days on/ 4 days off
  • Week Two: - 4 days on/ 3 days off

Overtime for 3 day work week will be paid after 34.5 hours.

All Operators will be responsible for the following job functions:

  • Proactive at problem identification and solution
  • Good reporting/documentation skills/ interpersonal/communication skills
  • Confident in use of computer tools for process automation and data acquisition
  • Knowledge in use of computer tools for data analysis
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness.
  • Participation in the equipment maintenance programs.
  • Participation in other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience and requirements:
  • 1-2 years' experience preferred in a production environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience with networked PC based computer systems. (Microsoft Office and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.
  • Due to ITAR compliance, this position requires that a candidate be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

This job requires that an individual come into contact with raw materials , products, equipment / machines, software or technology controlled by the Export Administration Regulations or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. The job must be filled by a U.S. person, or a person for whom a valid export control license, or exception, has been obtained or is not required from the U.S. Government
