The University of Pittsburgh Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) is seeking a Participant Support Telephone Screener for the All of Us PA Research Program. Position will answer support calls from Participants who need assistance completing online consents and surveys.

Position will also place outgoing phonecalls including appointment reminders, and outgoing calls to individuals who have expressed interest in the study. Outgoing phonecalls will utilize automated dialing software to participants who have expressed interest. Performance is monitored for quality and customer service but no cold calling involved or quotas.

Excellent customer service skills, a positive and enthusiastic demeanor are required. Candidate must be comfortable with technology, utilizing and logging information in multiple systems during phonecalls. Previous research experience preferred but not required.

Experience in a clinical research setting that included contact with human research participants preferred. Successful candidates must possess excellent phone skills, customer service skills and be comfortable switching between and entering data into multiple systems while on the phone with participants.
