**Job Description:**

This role in the Prime Brokerage Onboarding space, as lead for the Ops Onboarding Manager team that is developing. The Lead is responsible for overseeing the Asset Management Services Onboarding manager suite within Operations, ensuring that the business we bring onto the Asset Management Services & PB platforms are done in a seamless & timely manner, delivering for our clients and business partners. Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the client liaison (for the onboards channeled through Ops), internal stakeholder co-ordination & technical setup for go-live. The team is positioned to help drive change within both the Prime Brokerage Business but also the broader Markets Enterprise, helping to shape clients initial experience and to drive change through process re-engineering, platform automation and enhanced automation. This role will partner with other onboarding managers within the front office to drive transformation and strengthen the onboarding end to end in partnership with Markets colleagues, Operations and tech.

Manages Onboarding processes, while responsible for the analysis and resolution of a wide variety of products that may require special handling, exception reporting or improved ways to deliver. Monitors and implements new market initiatives and handles new product approval. Reviews all new product/client proposals in depth. Ensures accurate Metrics development, LOB reporting and submits issues to be logged and monitored. Go-live issues to be reviewed and logged to identify opportunities to change our processes and design smart solutions to mitigate on a go-forward. Develops and analyzes procedures for the function and that we develop the Ops capabilities in this area. Leads the introduction of new initiatives, products and services, and procedural, systems or hardware solutions to improve efficiency. Typically 5+ years of applicable experience.

**Required Skills:**

+ The candidate will need to have good experience of the Prime Brokerage Business incl Onboarding, including ancillary products like Equity Derivatives (OTC, F&O). With a working knowledge of the agreements, KYC and vendors that are typically contained within this area.

+ Experience of leading an end to end client Onboard, and ability to co-ordinate across multiple stakeholders internally & externally deep understanding of a client onboarding experience and the critical stages/ requirements across Docs, KYC, Credit, Operations and client requirements.

+ Experience specifically of PB onboarding required to provide expertise in this area, and leverage that expertise to deliver for clients while driving transformational change.

+ Client facing role, requires client management skills.

**Desired Skills:**

+ Background in either Client Service or Operational Support (as an addition to Onboarding) but can demonstrate strong client focus with a control mind-set.

+ Leadership in change programs and transformational change or process re-engineering.

+ Familiarity with external vendor platforms and the services they provide to the PB industry.
