**Job Description:**



The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Wholesale Credit Strategy organization by facilitating the deployment and adoption of CreditCenter.Candidate will support the deployment ofCrediCenterthrough the creation and execution of multiple tactical plans and reports all designed to assist in user adoption, loan on-boarding, issue resolution and communication to multiple stakeholders.



**Key responsibilities**



+ Perform detailed analysis to inform deployment planning how to maximize user and loan volume

+ Candidate will obtain and organize user feedback, issues and incidents and relay the feedback to the centralized control room

+ Gather VOA, identify themes, and form recommendations to the platform and process team in addition to technology to address barriers to adoption

+ Perform detailed analysis and report on the success and/or barriers of the deployment, adoption, proficiency plan to leadership

+ Perform intake of issues and track/route appropriately (partnering with technology, etc.)

+ Develop and track key metrics / KPIs

+ Execution of time studies and data analytics to determine the most effective way to convert data toCreditCenterfrom legacy applications

+ Candidate will be a champion for change, leading with a positive attitude and creating followership within the end user community.



**Qualifications and experiences**



+ 2+ years experience in either credit underwriting, credit operations, technology or project management.

+ Participant must be detail orientated and demonstrate a high regard for operational excellence

+ Candidate must be highly organized with excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to create and execute project plans

+ Experience in credit underwriting, monitoring and collateral analysis and familiar with credit policy and procedures.

+ Strong interest in FinTech and ideally tangible experience in the software delivery lifecycle

+ Ability to create and maintain partnerships with multiple stakeholders

+ Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and excel analytics



**Skills and competencies**



+ Ability to work independently and self-manage

+ Strong communication skills, including the ability to partner and build consensus with remote stakeholders

+ A proven record of developing creative solutions to complex problems, challenging the status quo, and advocating for change

+ Demonstrated ability to manage and track issues to resolution

+ Ability to collaborate with stakeholders with divergent views to develop common solutions

+ Ability to lead and execute with a positive, energetic attitude and in turn creating followership.
