**Job Description:**

Drives diverse functions to support simplification initiatives. Functions managed may include: financial analysis, reporting, coordination of certain projects, training, business support, project management office activities, process improvement or communications.

Role specifics:

+ Manages a portfolio of SIM ideas

+ Provides SIM program support

+ Drives SIM engagement, communications and portfolio management for the LOB supported

+ Executive communication skills with strong facilitation and verbal/ written communication skills and ability to influence others and remove barriers

+ Ability to design/create presentations/process and training to speak to multiple levels of the organization

+ Builds partnerships and skillfully influences others; resolves conflict with minimal noise

+ Ability to create transparency in a complex, multi-faceted environment

+ Capability to debate appropriately and collaborate to deliver tangible results

+ Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast paced environment

+ Project management skills are helpful

_Enterprise Role Overview_

_Responsible for programs/projects specific to corporate change initiatives that have significant impact on how the company does business, provides a product or service, or executes a function. Project responsibility requires responsibility for staff and budget. Serves as primary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives. Communicates, influences and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to obtain or leverage necessary resources. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Creates a clear, coherent approach to guide effective program/initiative setup, execution, and control. Ensures clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project roles. Integrates knowledge of end-to-end business process into program planning and decisioning processes. Develop, maintain, and report on an overall integrated delivery plan. Management experience with small to mid-size teams. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Typically 5+ plus years of program management experience._

Required Skills & Experience:

+ Minimum 6 years + experience in project/change management type of work within various lines of business including business support and operational change.

+ Strong communication, organization, presentation, analytical and leadership skills

+ Financial planning and analysis and experience; ability to interact with line of business, technology and finance partners

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

+ Works well in a fast paced environment, easily adaptable to change

+ Detail oriented and can set the big picture

+ Bachelor's Degree
