Through a combination of in-depth subject matter expertise, global research capabilities and flexible technology tools, the Compliance Risk and Diligence practice helps clients take a risk-based approach toward meeting obligations or remediating failures regarding anti-bribery, anti-corruption and related regulatory mandates. These include pre-transactional intelligence; vendor, supplier and distributor due diligence; vendor management platform; leadership/executive vetting; sanctions screening and monitoring; country/industry risk; and bespoke inquiries.

The Product Team at Kroll Compliance is responsible for evaluating the marketplace, envisioning and designing new products, and managing a diverse product portfolio that includes our SaaS technology platforms and an evolving spectrum of in-depth, investigative research reports. RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a strong technical product manager to join our product team. As a member of the product team you will get the opportunity to get into the technical details of software engineering and machine learning to build the next generation of our Artificial Intelligence software. This this opportunity will give you the creative freedom to establish a productive road map that creates an impactful future using artificial intelligence. Leveraging Artificial Intelligence products for our leading solutions in the compliance, risk and diligence market.

  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to continuously improve the customer experience.
  • Define product features and participate in epic and user story grooming as part of the agile project framework.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams during the lifecycle of product development
  • Partner with Product Strategist to develop, communicate and continuously refine product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with data science teams to develop and test our AI models.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success (or failure) of product launches, and make strategic decisions
  • Support the development and review of customer-ready collateral based on engineering or technical documents. E.g., Whitepapers, Product Specifications, etc.
  • Evangelize our products by equipping our internal teams, and clients with training, best practices, pitches, playbooks, and case studies to ensure optimal setup, and drive adoption.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years' experience and development of AI/machine learning/deep learning products.
  • BS or MS in relevant discipline, with 2+ years product management experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Ability to prioritize among many competing initiatives, and to back up and communicate your prioritization decisions.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive execution.
  • Self-learner, hands-on attitude in a dynamic environment and ability to pick up tasks quickly
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation skills.
  • Passion for and working knowledge of building disruptive products/technologies.
  • Experience with API and microservice products a plus.
