**Job Description:**



Sell CashPay (Prepaid Payroll) to all types of corporate clients, working primarily through client relationship teams. Carry a passion for helping American workers get paid quickly and conveniently while helping our clients save on time and costs.



**Key Activities**



Support clients and Treasury Sales teams through the sales cycle including:



+ Sales pipeline development

+ Solution design

+ RFI/RFP response

+ Software demonstration

+ Best and final presentations

+ Contract and pricing negotiation

+ Leverage client interaction to lead improvements in CashPay product capabilities.

+ Serve as subject matter expert on Prepaid Card market including product capabilities, industry trends and competitive landscape, which special focus on corporate clients and payroll delivery.

+ Conduct frequent presentations both over the phone and in person to all levels of client organizations including senior treasury, finance and procurement teams.

+ Form positive business relationships with business partners across organization: Product Management, Treasury Sales and Relationship teams, Implementations and Service, Account Management and other Product Sales Specialists.

+ Deliver internal training on product and process to business partners.

+ Represent organization at internal and external client conferences and trade shows.



**REQUIRED SKILLS**



An ideal Prepaid Card Product Sales Specialist will possess:



+ Knowledge of payments (particularly debit and prepaid cards) and interest in corporate client treasury functions (particularly payroll)

+ High emotional intelligence to build natural working relationships with clients and internal partners

+ Strategic thinking and planning to identify and execute on new opportunities with prospects

+ Strong communication and writing skills, especially in preparing and delivering senior-level client presentations

+ Sales experience: leading prospecting calls, client pitches, technology demonstrations

+ Ability to travel 50%+ Undergraduate degree
