Responsibilities

The Program Administrator will assist the Program manager in the execution of a large information technology (IT) support effort across multiple locations for an intelligence community customer. The Program Administration will conduct a variety of activities in several functional areas including finance, purchasing, or human resources. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering correspondence. Reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to program operations and established procedures. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. Under general supervision, capable of performing all jobs including the most complex. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices.

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • May assist and train less experienced personnel
  • Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources
  • Gathers, compiles and reports on information as assigned
  • Compiles reviews and analyzes data.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of TS security clearance with SCI eligibility.
  2. High School with advanced training plus 4-5 years experience
  3. Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Desired Qualifications:

  1. DIA experience
  2. Experience supporting a large IT service program
  3. Excellent customer service skills
