Your role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Program Manager to be the primary interface between various staff functions, business units or business partners, and Ingram Micro Sales organizations working with moderate to highly complex business partners and programs.

This position will also be responsible for facilitating, prioritizing and communicating functional and technical requirements of go to market strategies to the sales organizations, vendors and reseller partners in order to capture an increased share of the vertical market and strategic business opportunities.

The successful individual with have an in-depth understanding of the technology, regulatory environment and vertical market specific disciplines associated with program development, as well as an understanding of the tools and vendors in the marketplace.

This position will lead the creation of proposed solutions; research and analysis; establishing metrics; recommending solution design and feasibility; and effecting change to ensure ongoing process improvement and refinement of assigned programs.

The Program Manager will work closely with executive leadership on operational and business transformation projects and programs, initiatives and strategic imperatives necessary to support the business and its ability to execute by implementing plans, analysis and roadmaps in support of business objectives and action timelines necessary.

What you bring to the role:

  • Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience. Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems. Superior written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience leading large cross-function teams and gaining consensus among constituents with the ability to lead and influence in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • Ability to motivate associates to peak performance and establish credibility with key decision makers when input is sought.
  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels/all areas of the business to formulate business integration plans.
  • Solve complex problems where development of new solutions, methods, and systems will result in a major impact on the department's overall success.
  • Ability to analyze current methods and procedures, recommend and implement improvements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project preferred
