Responsibilities

Program Management Responsibilities

Program Manager, is responsible for providing leadership, project management, technical expertise, and analysis in support of client initiatives. Act as an advisor to the customer on strategic systems engineering program matters as needed. Produce status reports on budget, deliverables, staffing, and risks. Hiring and managing of a top-notch SETA staff. Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Systems Engineering Responsibilities

Using a holistic approach, design, develop, evaluate and modify end-to-end systems and systems-oriented products through their entire life cycle. Generate quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design and acquisition logistics.

Generate system level requirements verification procedures and customer acceptance test procedures. Review test plans/procedures and ensure they meet the objectives of the contractual requirements and participate in the testing process to validate requirements.

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1) Active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly 2) Engineering or IT Technology systems engineering domain experience in Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), or Commercial IT programs. 3) Ability to relate professionally with customers and colleagues 4) Strong written and verbal communication skills 5) Responsible, reliable and flexible 6) Passion for learning and knowledge transfer 7) Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1) Bachelor or Master degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or other Information Technology disciplines 2) Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Management - Foundations and especially Practitioner Certifications 3) Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certifications 4) Exposure to Intelligence Community IT Enterprise (IC ITE) service offerings and service adoption 5) Ability to lead and influence 6) PMP and/or comparable project management certifications.
