DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Project Assistant for our Commercial Construction group in our Denver, Colorado office. This is a great opportunity for a detail oriented, organized, and technical individual. Require computer proficiency and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. Standard work hours Monday through Friday.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence and billing

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

  • Set up and maintain files on sold projects

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects

  • Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.

  • Prepare project audits for management review at project completion

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong attention to detail

  • Excel experience is required

  • Must be technically inclined with strong mathematical and mechanical skills

  • Need to be able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills

Pay range for this position:From $18 an hour and up DOE
