Overhead Door Company of Atlanta, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire aProject Administrator/Assistantin our Atlanta, GA office! This role will require working with Project Managers and will be responsible for daily administrative tasks and communication with customer and daily internal contacts.


JobResponsibilities:


  • Work with project managers on all aspects of projects including processing shop drawings, project correspondence, and billing.

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Set up and maintain files on sold projects.

  • Prepare and submit monthly progress billings for current projects.

  • Process project related paperwork to include contracts, subcontracts, lien waivers, etc.

  • Create and manage purchase orders and change orders.

  • Obtain quotes from vendors.

  • Purchase and track material.

  • Assist in creating submittal documents.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Experienced and proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication, customer relations, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
