The Center for Learning Innovations consulting team is looking for two Project Coordinators. The team, currently in startup mode, leads change management and strategic consulting initiatives throughout the Federal Reserve System.

The Role: Reporting to a Manager, this role will support the consulting team by managing scope, priorities, risks, and resources to deliver value rapidly. Successful candidates should be flexible, comfortable navigating ambiguity and challenging processes with sound judgement, while promoting transparency and proactive communications. Successful candidates will also be highly organized, able to anticipate needs, be motivated by client services and comfortable leading from the middle. This role can design, challenge and influence process.

The Team: The PMs team is always looking for data to support decision making and opportunities for storytelling, while moving forward on multiple initiatives. The team must be able to create mutually beneficial relationships with diverse stakeholders and all levels of the organization; be able to experiment with applying best- and next-practice processes; and be able to display, present and make data-driven recommendations aligned with specific points of view.


  • Coordinate multiple enterprise-level engagements and bank-level engagements simultaneously
  • Share leading roles on interdisciplinary/cross-functional teams, products, and projects
  • Create and maintain relevant artifacts to support opportunity management and ongoing engagements, including proposals, charters, schedules, scope statements, communications, change/risk/issue tracking, budget, and status reports
  • Support consulting services
  • Contribute to stakeholder analysis and engagement efforts
  • Lead reporting, data analysis and awareness of teams projects


  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
  • 2+ years related experience as a project manager or similar role
  • Experience with multiple project management methodologies, including, Agile, hybrid and waterfall; PMP certification, encouraged
  • Experience establishing and maintaining organizational relationships with diverse groups
  • Experience using collaboration and project management tools (task management, project, and portfolio management; CRM, etc.) such as Daptiv, Project, Visio, Dynamics, Bi/PowerApps, O365
  • Travel (5%)
  • Position requires US Citizen or lawful permanent resident intending to become a citizen who meets certain other requirements
