**Job Description:**



Position Summary



+ The position sits on the Technology delivery side of the organization, supporting a key Bank of America strategic initiative, the Integrated Investment Platform(IIP) program. The program manager will be liaise with IIP Workstream Change Managers and Technology Execution leads, managing timelines and risks with consideration of workstream interdependencies. IIP Project Managers will be accountable for ensuring appropriate prioritization of IIP capabilities during Program Increment planning.



+ Seeking individuals with program/project management experience with mid-size to large teams in a matrixed environment. Ability to lead collaborative meetings with line of business and technology partners to solve problems and mitigate risks. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Strong business centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes. Individuals with experience leading large scale change and development of controls/reporting are a plus. Ideal candidates would have experience in cross-organizational program management.



Required Skills



+ 5 plus years of program/project management experience.

+ Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.

+ Strong attention to detail with leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.

+ Ability to shift priorities as needed.

+ Process design, remediation and improvement skills.

+ Solid relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.

+ Strong risk and governance mindset.

+ Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient.

+ Strong understanding of GPP, ChangeScape and Enterprise Change standards, hands on experience with high rigor projects and enterprise change requirements, tollgates and PTB/PTO.



Desired Skills:



+ Familiarity with Agile methodology and PMP certification a plus. Regulatory control plan development and oversight experience is a plus.

Serves as secondary contact to senior department managers for critical change initiatives and provides assistance to staff. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicates with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Partners with the business to develop and transition plans, including ongoing success measures, to sustain the change. Responsible for Clarity and PCM updates and project documents. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Typically 3+ plus years of project management support experience._
