**Job Description:**



**Role Overview:**



**The QA Testing Manager Digital Tools & Automation** will be accountable & responsible for managing a 50+ person team that executes all regression functions for the Digital Sales & Servicing Technology (DSST) team. Scope includes:



- Sustaining the selenium framework in which the regression framework is built as well developing new features to help automation regression sooner in the lifecycle.



- Providing data to the Agile sprint teams & for Production certification.



Individual will also be responsible for laying out Automation strategy and associated tools to support testing functions. Collaboration across peer organizations will be required to drive consistency in approach to testing.



**Responsibilities:**



- Capacity/resource management (onshore/offshore contractors and associates)



- Drive testing and automation strategy



- Test execution reviews



- Internal and external Audit support



**Required Skills:**



Candidates should have:



- Managed a large global delivery team of over 100+ individuals (full time/contractors)



- Managed QA functions for customer facing, digital platforms (Mobile and/or desktop)



- Preferably, experience should be with a financial institution or with a company providing retail services



(Wal-Mart, Target, etc.)



- Familiarity with testing practices associated with digital channel, like:



o ADA testing



o Testing with multiple browser/OS combinations



o mWeb testing



- Background in driving/building a test automation framework



- Good understanding of Agile delivery methodology



- A software development background at some point in the career will be a plus



**Enterprise role description**



Directs a Quality Assurance (QA) function within T&O. Manages all aspects of the QA function for a line of business or technology area, including managing associates. Responsible for ensuring overall software quality is monitored and maintained. Senior QA Manager establishes QA standards and procedures for a line of business or technology area. These responsibilities extend to providing management oversight, and scheduling coordination for QA activities performed by the QA Team in support of systems and software projects for major lines of business. Has significant interaction with business area executives, vendors and operations executives in determining whether systems and system components, including hardware, networks, system software, tools, and applications are appropriate and/or ready for implementation. Fosters stable support framework for development teams and business units in the area of quality assurance and the development of new or revised applications. Reports directly to Senior Technology Executive. Typically requires 7-10 years of applicable experience.
