The Role

Korn Ferry, is searching for a Recruitment Marketing Manager that will support one of our large RPO clients based in Dallas, TX or at the client-site located in Chandler, Arizona or Omaha, Nebraska.

Key Accountabilities

The Recruitment Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing our clients recruitment marketing presence while providing expertise across both online and traditional media channels in North America. Your job will be ensuring we are in the right places at the right time for candidates to find us! Specifically, you will help bring our North American Recruitment Marketing Strategy to life by: Leveraging your recruitment marketing expertise to suggest the best channels to attract talent. Develop content that tells a compelling story on our careers social media channels Create advertising campaigns on various social channels Support recruiters in creating compelling job ads that align to the clients brand and drive candidate attraction Stay up to date on current recruitment marketing tools and trends, channels and events that might be the right fit for our client. Act as an advisor, consultant and expert to both your peers and client Be able to understand the Clients brands, role functions and be able to research and implement new channels and niche strategies that are fit for purpose. Demonstrate a structured approach to planning and executing recruitment marketing Have excellent attention to detail Create monthly ROI and channel recommendation reports for both immediate team and client leadership

Skills & Experience

Required Skills: Experience managing an organizations Social Media presence, ideally within Talent Acquisition. Experience in a recruitment marketing role. Experience presenting and communicating to stakeholders at all levels of the business, High School Diploma Preferred Skills: Bachelor's Degree
