Ferguson's internship program is an intense 15-week program within our Waterworks division. Over the course of the internship, you will be exposed to all aspects of our business.Ferguson approaches training from a "hands on" point of view. We believe in growing our associates from the ground up.

Through our internship program, you will be introduced to the warehouse and counter where you will gain credibility and learn extensive product knowledge in a short period of time. You will also be given the opportunity to explore our sales, operations, and credit departments. You will learn the value of developing and maintaining customer relationships as well as understand our business from a "big picture" perspective. Our internship program will allow you to explore your strengths and career interests. Most of all, our internship program will provide you with real, hands-on business experience that will supplement your classroom education.

The internship will be held in Columbia, SC. Housing and travel expenses are not provided.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Must be an in the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
