Job Profile Summary

Responsible for ensuring sales team goal attainment and growth through lead generation, product penetration and other sales achievements of a cross-segment sales team within assigned territories. Must have strong prioritization, time management and organizational skills. Oversight includes inside and/or outside sales representatives and possibly corporate relationships.

PC skills in using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SAP and SalesForce. AS400/TPS is a plus; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Meet sales objectives in individual territory.
  • Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.
  • Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction.
  • Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined by outbound calls
  • Complete all administrative requirements on time.
  • Creative, entrepreneurial approach to territory and account management
  • Accountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.
  • Collaborative team player
  • Perform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy.
  • Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP's.
  • Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or 11 to 14 years of experience.
  • 5-8 years relevant experience with Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • MS Office, Computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge of managed care operations.
  • Experience with business plan development.
  • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
  • Proven ability to self-motivate.

40% - Meet sales objectives in individual territory. Responsible for meeting sales goals as defined.

30% - Meet productivity requirements with regard to quality customer interaction. Daily goals for reach and frequency as defined.

10% - Complete all administrative requirements on time. Accountable for account planning, development of sales strategy, routine weekly reports and special reporting requests.

10% - Perform at high level while being efficient and compliant with budget and policy. Accountable for budget and reporting on activities with HCP's.

10% - Attend industry and corporate meetings and events in and out of territory.

This role requires regular travel to client & customer sites & you must be fully vaccinated OR be required to undergo regular testing. If you're unvaccinated, you will be required to self-test (test will be provided to you) and you must obtain a negative result no greater than three (3) calen-dar days prior to the meeting/travel departure.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Colorado.
