Reports to:Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, Canada & Latin America

Location: Goleta Remote

The Role

Under supervision of the Sr. Manager, Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Coordinator provides support to sales operations functions for all Canada wholesale brands (UGG, Koolaburra by UGG, HOKAONEONE). Duties include day-to-day responsibility for ensuring a smooth communication flow between sales management and sales reps, and with corporate internal departments. The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the sales team has all tools needed to be successful. The primary focus of this role is to support the HOKA and Koolaburra businesses but helps with all brands.

Your Impact

This position develops and maintains professional relationships to ensure an effective working partnership with all levels of the organization: sales management, sales planning, supply, demand planning, marketing, etc..

The primary functions of this role include but are not limited to:

Management of the Deckers B2B, seasonal set-ups and sell-in tools Communication with sales team and cross-functional partners Reporting and auditing Data management and information gathering Standard Operating Processes documentation

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

1+ years similar experience (operations, customer service, account management, etc.) and/or experience in a support position within a wholesale environment.

Experience working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

Proficient in Microsoft Applications. Intermediate Excel skills.

Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management and other employees of the organization.

Extensive reporting skills.
