DAT Solutions is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Beaverton, Oregon.

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager, reporting to the CFO, who is ready for the next chapter and gear in their career. DAT Solutions, the leading load board and rating engine in the transportation and logistics space is looking for you to apply your expertise and passion for Sales Operations toward our market-leading and fast-growing SaaS platforms. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for enabling top-line growth through your vision and execution of marrying the tools, people, and underlying data that drive our Sales Organization success. Core Job Functions


  • Lean into our Salesforce deployment and, once launched, own Salesforce (SFDC) administration for the Sales Organization

  • Make and implement recommendations on business process/workflow improvements that drive and enable near-frictionless sales motion

  • Drive a Sales Ops vision and execution plan that leverages tools and processes (internal and in the market), and deliver a plan to Executive staff. in your first 100 days that relays your long-term vision


  • Drive pipeline analysis and track activity metrics that help inform decisions/actions at the sales rep and sales org level

  • Develop and maintain key operational sales metrics supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the Sales and executive management.

  • Collaborate with Sales Mgt., Finance and HR teams on developing and recommending sales quotas and compensation plans.

  • Deliver key recommendations to Sales Mgt. and Executive Leadership during quarterly and annual planning process


  • Work directly with Sales Mgt. to drive key outreach efforts across the highest impact segments of our target market

  • Work directly with Sales Operations Analyst/Training team members to help support the new hire onboarding process

  • Provide ad hoc support to sales team members on SFDC and other tool related issues, and support ongoing training efforts.

  • Work with Sales Mgt. to further refine and document key processes across our Sales Team Playbook


  • Create workflows and own projects that help build a higher quality prospect database

  • Deliver a data plan to Sales Mgt. in your first 100 days that relays your long-term vision (including interdependencies with other key departments) and the added value it will drive to the Sales Org


  • Coordinate and lead all pricing related activities across DAT.

  • Lead the Pricing Steering Committee, facilitating pricing strategy development and execution plans

  • Develop and ratify a DAT Pricing Playbook within your first 100 days that captures your vision

What We Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations role within a rapidly growing SaaS company

  • SFDC expert level admin, familiar with data structure, workflows and reporting functionalities

Experience in pricing strategy and execution

  • Ability to lead and influence across multiple organizations

What Is Nice To Have

  • Experience in a FreightTech or transportation logistics business
