Sales Quality Assurance Application Lead

**Job Description:**



Experienced Quality Assurance/Applications Analyst needed for Sales CRM system. The application is internal Associate facing with integrations to other apps and supporting International Users. The Test lead must be experienced having supported large scale applications and data integrations. This role is a highly visible position within Bank of America. Requires 5-10 years of experience.



Additional Information:



Provide leadership and innovative solutions for test management



Support test driven development for flawless solutions using cucumber acceptance tests



SAFe Agile environment achieving technical excellence through technical and execution discipline



Invoke or quickly acquire domain acumen: Analyze the current business functions, technical implementations and plan for needs, gaps, and improvements



Calmly work in a highly regulated and high pressure environment to inspire teamwork, positive attitudes and well respected solutions



Meet tight timeline commitments and plan for give and take designs to ensure an MVP this year into a live environment



**Qualifications**



+ Autonomous/Self Starter

+ Create Test artifacts, including Test Plans and Exit reports

+ Must have strong E2E integration Test skills

+ Experience in Web application environment testing User Interfaces, backend databases,

+ web services, APIs, Batch/ETL application components

+ Must have excellent data relationship / data interfaces / SQL query skills

+ Must have excellent Web Services (REST / SOAP) skills

+ Must have experience with data integration tools Mulesoft, Informatica PowerCenter, MQ

+ Ability to understand Integrations and messaging real time, batch, event messaging

+ Work efforts must be thorough and focused with strong attention to detail

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple application partners, business, other IT managers, architecture, internal stakeholders and developers in ensuring quality metrics are met

+ Ability to confer with peers, architects, BAs and product owners on an ongoing basis and ensuring that the business requirements are met ,evaluating progress and quality and resolution of issues

+ Must have experience in resource planning and management, Test metrics and reporting

+ Lead and contribute in analysis, documentation, execution and automation of test deliverables

+ Proven experience on large projects with 10+ integrations

+ Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking, good communications skills

+ Knowledge and experienced in Agile and Agile-hybrid environment



Desired Skills



+ Experience with various web application development platforms

+ MS Office Suite of applications

+ SQL Expert and query tools like Toad

+ Defect Management tools

+ Automation tools Selenium, Cucumber

+ Agile Kanban, Behavior driven development, analytical yet quick decision maker

+ SDLC tools like JIRA, Rally

+ Passionate learner

+ Experience in testing and supporting large scale complex solutions and integrations of CRM apps with other platforms and technologies

+ Experience in a CI CD environment with automated builds and tests

+ Experience in mobile app testing
