The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall administration and assistance with the Salesforce CRM and interfacing applications. This role will work closely with our 100+ users to maintain and drive enhancements to the existing Salesforce platform. Specifically, the Administrator will work with directly with Loan Officers, Associates and Analysts across the U.S. and in our International offices in Tokyo and London, as Salesforce is PGIM REFs primary CRM tool for managing existing and potential borrower relationships that annually result in over $14 billion on new loan originations.

Job responsibilities

Support for the clients production Salesforce instance and user administration tasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignments, data uploads, etc. in a Commercial Real Estate environment.

Direct interaction and client support with all users.

Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, record de-duplication, and other related tasks, and identify and implement process improvements that contribute to improved data quality.

Work as a liaison to IT team on critical system or coding changes.

Candidate will need to learn PGIM REFs proprietary loan management system, Loan Connect to better manage Salesforce records.

Creating and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users.

Assist with Ad hoc reporting requests, optimize the user experience ~ reports and dashboards.

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users.

Act as a support resource for new and existing Salesforce.com users.

Support and drive Salesforce projects, including contribution to the gathering of business requirements, solution and technical design, test plan design, and coordination of testing with end user and deploy new functionality full SFDC (Salesforce.com) implementation experience.

Keeping abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution.

3+ years overall work experience in operations, financial services

Salesforce Administration certification is highly preferred.

o 2-3 years of experience with operational support using Salesforce.com required

o 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM Application Administration.

o Experience training new users on the Salesforce.com application.

o Knowledge of Salesforce reporting

o Knowledge of Data Loader application is recommended.

Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications;

o Advanced Excel skills are required

Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Experience in manipulating large amounts of data while understanding related object/field functions.

Knowledge of workflow, visual workflow, and process builder.

Commercial Real Estate or other financial discipline experience preferred
