The Sales Team Lead primary responsibilitywill be selling residential systems and supervisingthe sales department involving assisting with the hiring process, training andachieving sales objectives.Previous industry sales experience a plus, as well asexperience managing a team.

Main Responsibilities:

* Sell Residential systems

* Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring and grow the residential sales team

* Conduct in home sales presentations

* Maintain assigned sales quotas

* Assist sales reps during more complex or difficult sales calls

* Regularly ride with direct reports to monitor the progress.

* Review sales teams activity and develop strategies with sales representatives

* Assign leads & approve sales contracts

* Analyze and report pricing/sales and productivity reports

* Maintain communication between Sales, Installation, Service departments & GM

Experience Required:

2 years: Successful sales management experience

3 years: Successful experience in outside sales

  • Consultative and relationship selling skills

  • Prospecting and cold calling skills

  • Knowledge of existing security panels and home automation

Education Required:

High School Diploma.

Military, Bachelors or higher preferred
