In this exciting role as a Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst, you will have responsibility for running operational excellence initiatives across Core Quality Services, focusing on transactional business process improvements, as well as deploying various lean sigma trainings to CQS. The CQS Operational Excellence team is working hard to increase lean maturity, increase quality, make things easier for our employees, and decrease burden across the organization.

A Day in the Life

  • Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
  • Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.
  • Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
  • Measures performance against process requirements.
  • Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.
  • Communicates team progress.
  • Performs cost and benefit analyses.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in business processes, operational excellence, quality, operations or relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 2+ years of experience in business processes, opreational excellence, quality, operations or relevant experience

  • Medtronic Lean Sigma Green Belt
  • MOS/COS deployment
  • Experience with SmartSheet
  • FTQ Level 1
