The Federal Reserve is hiring a Senior Change Management Specialist to be a part of a new team in our Finance Department. The Sr. Change Management Specialist will work on a small team with high priority initiatives with a proven track record of leading enterprise wide change management programs in a complex and highly matrixed environment.


As a Change Management Specialist, you will:

Lead the development of organizational change strategies and frameworks by:

  • Advising senior leadership on Change Management, Strategy, and Change Leadership opportunities
  • Identifying change impacts and risks; craft plans to mitigate risks
  • Leading organizational change initiatives from beginning-to-end, ensuring programs meet expectations, change impacts are mitigated, and key partners are active and committed throughout the process
  • Designing and deploying a set of actionable and targeted change management plans, including but not limited to, a partner analysis and engagement plan, leadership alignment and sponsorship approach, change communication plan, and enablement plan(s) Creating change management products and presentation materials; present plans and presentations to leadership and partners

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
    5 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Drive for results and follow-through with a track record of success in driving projects to completion
  • Work through many unanticipated parts of business and provide guidance through planning and strategy framework
  • Communicate effectively to all levels - Can cut straight to the heart of the matter
  • Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter with a natural inclination to contribute well beyond functional role
  • Agile thinker with ability to identify new ways of doing things
