The Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner will collaborate with senior business leaders within an BOSC Global Supply Chain to bring critical thought leadership and perspective on human resources strategy, organizational design, leadership development, strategic workforce planning/talent management, team and organization effectiveness, and change management. You are accountable for translating business strategies and challenges into human capital strategies and human resources needs. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you must be an effective champion of change to advance organizational goals and key strategic initiatives. You will independently tackle complex issues in a global, matrixed organization.

BOSC Global Supply Chain is responsible for the development and activation of key Cargill capabilities inclusive of Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Design & Optimization and Order Management.

Key Accountabilities

Build strategic partnerships with leadership on business issues and identify innovative and customer-oriented Human Resources solutions that are based on business unit objectives to help drive strategy execution and protect business assets.

Collaborate on the development of metrics and analytics to assess overall human and organization health of the business to influence decisions and deliver meaningful insights.

Leverage business and industry trend expertise to identify gaps and anticipate impact of changes on the workforce and business.

Continuously identify opportunities to drive value in the business and pursue the resources needed for support.

Guide, coach, and influence business leaders on making better talent decisions to drive strategy execution and business performance.

Develop and build new capabilities in the business.

Serve as an expert advisor on the leadership team to lead a talent strategy and ensure business objectives are achieved.

Lead and champion change throughout the organization.

Build and develop succession plans and a global talent pipeline.

Consult with leaders on key strategic business projects.

Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Minimum 8 years of HR leadership or business partner experience

May require global travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certification in Human Resources

Master's degree or post-graduate degree

Ability to anticipate change, assess an organizations capacity for change and translate that capacity into effective change processes and structures

Experience positively influencing and/or collaborating with business and functional executives while engaging the entire scope of an organization

Experience anticipating emerging issues, problem solving and implementing new business solutions

Demonstrated experience building relationships and trust, and working with a cross-functional, multi-location and culturally diverse team

Demonstrated business acumen and ability to understand broad business context

Organization, project management and problem-solving skills, utilizing sound business judgment in support of operational and strategic objectives

Ability to operate with ambiguity
