Description **Job Description:**

The Wholesale Credit Data team is part of the Global Banking organization. The primary focus of the Data Management team is to produce and communicate simplified, high-quality Global Banking data and information. The team is responsible for centralizing and enhancing wholesale credit data processes, including platforms, reporting, governance, data management and data remediation. This role will have responsibility to manage issues, exams, and data testing aligned to and/or impacting the Global Banking Data Management (GBDM) organization.


Must have strong knowledge of program/project management fundamentals and in-depth experience leading business and technology efforts. Must have experience with credit-related processes and systems. Must have experience with audits. Must be able to effectively lead by influence across a multipronged business and data management structure. Typically requires 10+ years of applicable experience.


+ Manage, track and provide various types of program reporting for GB Data issues, exams and audits from a program level perspective for senior management

+ Ensure teams identify issues, root causes and recommend both short and long term action plans

+ Identify and engage with stakeholders upon issue creation in order to drive through the iterative process of defining the issue and action plan

+ Ensure all work necessary to evidence closure of issues is complete and accurate.

+ Support and facilitate discussions and reviews with Audit partners for issue and action step closure

+ Plan, organize and monitor Global Banking Data Management issue resolution with a focus on monitoring and meeting key milestones and deadlines

+ Manage associated communication processes and standard reporting routines to ensure the most current updates are being delivered to management

+ Serve as the central point of contact for stakeholders and internal team for GBDM audit issues, exams, and data testing

+ Coordinate across multiple stakeholders including multiple LOBs, Wholesale Credit Issues and Exam Management, Audit and GT&O to support issue resolution, exams and data testing requirements

+ Provide a program management view into all issue types aligned to and/or associated with GBDM

+ Partner with and liaison to Audit and Wholesale Credit Issues and Exam Management Group on behalf of GBDM to support Wholesale Credit reporting needs

+ Implement and manage effective program management oversight and governance routines

**Required Skills:**

+ Must have in depth experience leading or participating in large or complex projects and programs in a regulatory environment

+ Experience working with Auditors

+ Knowledge of credit-related process and systems

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to transform complex concepts into simple and easy to understand presentations and influence decisions to achieve desired results across varied complex stakeholder groups. Including: Technology, Business Lines, and Senior Leadership

+ Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks to meet extremely tight deadlines

+ Ability to analyze problems and identify both tactical and strategic solutions

+ Proactive, self-motivated individual capable of adapting to change, managing multiple tasks and continuously evaluating priorities to lead tasks/projects to completion

+ Ability to articulate complex issues and themes to stakeholders

+ Ability to connect the dots and make sense of information across multiple data points upstream/downstream that many not be easily noticeable

+ Experience with business process design and practical implementation

+ Must be able to adapt to fast changing environment

+ Deep experience in the banking industry

+ Must have general knowledge of bank financial practices and policies

+ Ability to navigate enterprise, research and resource information across the bank

+ Strong Microsoft PowerPoint presentation skills and ability to target messaging to different audiences

+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Advanced Excel
