Senior Technical Manager

**Job Description:**

Perform as a Senior Manager within the Global Payments Technology leadership team supporting the management and execution business initiatives as well as practice development and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities;

+ Lead current state assessments of business challenges and build improvement roadmaps.

+ Leverage a "roll-up your sleeves" style to develop and execute against LOB strategic initiatives.

+ Manage and support large, complex business engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for our LOB.

+ Apply critical thinking to help our team to delight our business partners by achieving their planned business objectives.

+ Bring leading-edge techniques and analysis to our platforms.

+ Define, analyze, and manage programs and initiatives to help fulfill our clients' business needs.

+ Conduct business assessments, develop future state business models and architectures, recommend improvements and create roadmaps.

+ Prepare compelling presentations to inform and advise client executives and other stakeholders on the actions we believe their organization should undertake.

+ Effectively communicate status, project findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

+ Implement improvements to enhance our clients' productivity, performance, and long-term profitability.

+ Develop, maintain, and grow effective relationships with our LOB and within our technology team.

+ Train personnel on improved processes and disciplines.

+ Actively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff.

Required Skills:

+ 8+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization, and/or highly relevant industry experience in project leadership & business process improvement and Strategic Planning and Delivery, Technology, Operations, Finance, or Accounting.

+ Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Cloud and Enterprise Applications or Data & Analytics

+ Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following: Strategic Business Transformations, End-to-end Business and Finance Transformation across people, process, technology, and data, Developing and using complex financial models (forecasting, build versus buy, ROI assessment, price optimization, etc.)

+ Demonstrated communications skills, including the ability to distill complex issues into simple, compelling messages in presentations.

+ Experience leading small teams and developing team members.

+ Willingness and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
