NVIDIA is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead pre- and post-merger integration activities for the IT organization. These activities span across all functions in the company - from engineering through to sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, finance and human resources. The successful candidate will be able to recommend integration approaches and complete integrations while enabling employee productivity and zero-to-positive impact on revenue.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure flawless execution of acquisitions on Day 1 with employees onboarded and ready to go with their NVIDIA credentials and equipment.
  • Represent the CIO and IT executive staff to develop and complete plans to integrate target companies.
  • Drive organizational design plans and execution across IT and the functional teams that will improve performance of the teams and be consistent with reaching the targets of each acquisition.
  • Lead efforts to coordinate the integration of ERP, CRM and PLM processes and systems
  • Drive post-merger integration (PMI) plans to lead full integration of the acquired companies as quickly and effectively as possible in terms of IT infrastructure, applications and support.
  • Refine the IT M&A integration playbook by learning from each implementation, measuring the execution, and applying improvements to ensure lessons are learned and countermeasures are implemented to ensure mistakes are not repeated.
  • Work with applications and infrastructure teams to continuously improve identity management processes and systems so the Day 1 experience of newly acquired employees is enhanced.
  • Derive and deliver insights for quarterly business reviews, monthly updates, and other regular communication with Executive Leadership

What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience with computer science (Business/financial masters preferred)
  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record to build successful relationships and partner with all levels of a company's organization.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic environment.
  • Have a startup personality that is hands on, driven, strategic, accountable, ethical, collaborative, hard-working, and productive.
