**Job Description:**



Global Mobility is a specialist function within Global Human Resources (GHR). The Global Mobility team manages the banks international assignments and transfers globally, US domestic relocations, and operates the Immigration Center of Excellence. It owns the global mobility programs, including global tax compliance, the related vendor relationships, and the systems and processes related to the banks mobile population in 30+ locations with 1300+ moves annually. With presence in New York, Charlotte, London/ Camberley, Singapore and Hong Kong, the Global Mobility team engages with several HR business partners, Finance, Corporate Tax and Global Talent Acquisition functions to ensure operational excellence, technical expertise and support to the banks mobile employees.



Role Description



The Global Mobility Operations Analyst role is critical to the effective delivery of Global Mobility services to the bank. Responsible for providing operational support to the team, including monitoring key milestones in the assignment and transfer processes, the role involves frequent interaction with the Global Mobility Advisors and other core bank functions. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Key responsibilities will include:



Operational Delivery:



+ Enabling decision-making through the production of accurate cost estimates and cash flow analysis summaries within agreed timeframes

+ Generating accurate contractual terms and conditions documentation

+ Accurately entering and maintaining all assignment data in the assignment management system in a timely way

+ Initiating third party vendor services (Relocation, Immigration, Tax)

+ Monitoring key process milestones, prompting action and implementing resulting outcomes (i.e., managing assignment starts/ends, coordinate repatriation-related events or tasks required, etc.)

+ Supporting and monitoring interactions from the global operations team mailbox and servicing requests per instructed Service Level Agreements and responding to general queries within agreed timeframes



Operational representation on global mobility projects



+ Improvement opportunities strengthening quality and process controls

+ Proactively identify efficiencies

+ Support reporting and data analysis initiatives



Risk Management



+ Operating processes in accordance with Bank standards

+ Documentation of key processes

+ Identification of risks and issues and recommend risk mitigation measures



_Enterprise Role Overview_



_A fully contributing member of a team or teams. Under the direction of a Service Delivery Manager, provides analysis in the support of the successful design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex, corporate-wide HR product(s)/program(s) that may include Compensation, LD, Learning, Payroll, Shared Services or Staffing. Additionally, may be responsible for performing routine research and follow-up._



**Required Skills/Attributes**



+ 2-4 years Operational experience, preferably within a Global Mobility function

+ Must have strong communication skills both oral (e.g., telephone, telepresence meetings) and written (e.g., e-mail, presentations)

+ Demonstrated analytical and research skills - ability to communicate and analyze multi-dimensional data, draw conclusions, and evaluate business gaps & requirements

+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

+ Acts with a sense of urgency, works well under pressure, is responsive and drives issues through completion

+ A numerate problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities

+ Possesses a can do attitude and a client-service mentality

+ A team player who thinks and acts across-functions

+ Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, is a self-starter with a desire to learn

+ Accustomed to work in a global team across time zones

+ Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word), especially Excel (basic macros, pivots, formulas and vlookups); knowledge of tax estimate calculators a plus



**Desired Skills**



+ Global Mobility experience

+ Knowledge of tax estimate calculators

+ Experience documenting key processes (including data flows, standard operating procedures, quick reference guides)

+ Previous experience working with third-party services
