**Job Description:**

Join Global Compensation Delivery team accountable for the successful plan administration, execution and delivery of the Equity & Long Term Incentive Plans. This role will support the End to End Equity Administration delivering best-in-class share-based compensation programs to our employees and Executives worldwide in over 40 countries. As part of the Shared Services team, the Senior Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for high-quality delivery of our global equity plans and lead / support global projects, while reviewing and simplifying equity processes. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders from HR (Payroll, Mobility, etc.), Finance (Treasury, Legal, Accounting, etc.) and Technology.

Based in Charlotte, NC, the Global Compensation Specialist is primarily focused on overall project management, processing and delivery of activities related to equity & incentive processing.

The teammate in this role will

+ Partner with multiple teams and vendors (Payroll, ML Intuitional Retirement Benefits Services (IRBS), and Compensation to ensure processes and services are delivered flawlessly to our teammates.

+ Ensures ongoing compliance with regulatory, internal and external reporting and requirements for equity plans and disclosures

+ Supports all activities to meet the filing requirements of the countries in the scope of our Equity Plans

+ Leads and/or supports cross-functional equity projects in a global environment

+ Participate in multiple project initiatives and enhancements focused on continuously improving equity delivery processes

+ Analysis of large data files (excel), applying strong analytical and problem solving skills experience gathering, organizing, analyzing and presenting large amounts of data clearly and concisely to help make fact-based decisions and summarize complex issues concisely.

+ Utilize MS Excel and Access to automate and assist team with reporting requirements, leveraging multiple data sources to develop reports using established business rules.

+ Identify root causes of issues, risk identification, implement key controls and opportunities for client experience and GHR process improvements

+ Respond to inquiries & escalations

_Enterprise Role Overview_

_Individual Contributor who works on the successful partnership and lead of design, delivery, financial management, communication and/or administration of complex, corporate-Wide HR product(s)/program(s) that may include Compensation, LD, Learning, Payroll, Shared Services or Staffing. May work closely with external vendors. Independently evaluates existing product or program cost, effectiveness and usage, and designs recommended improvements. Has extensive, in-depth knowledge of product functions and can operate independently in handling transactions. Strong client relationship skills used to control and coordinate all aspects of a transaction._

**Required Skills**

+ Minimum 3 yrs. compensation experience w/ specific Equity compensation expertise

+ Prior administration of share-based compensation in a global environment is desired

+ Data orientation and analytics experience, the ability to apply a combination of inductive and deductive reasoning to examine information, interpret results, arrive at logical conclusions, and recommend solutions ; inclusive of data mining and ad hoc reporting

+ Strong knowledge of Excel, with the ability to query for data extraction, mining, and manipulation

+ Must have strong communication skills both oral and written, including the ability to articulate recommendations and results at a level that resonates across many different audiences

+ Strong attention to detail; exercise strong quality control over own work

+ Proven ability to establish and maintain highly-collaborative partnerships across the enterprise

+ Able to distill large volume of information into a compelling and concise business story

+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently

+ Demonstrates a sense of commitment to work and willingly assumes responsibility for accomplishing objectives; is dependable, and conscientiously follows through on commitments

+ Ability to handle confidential and proprietary information with discretion, and balance risk and reward with a strong focus on compliance

+ BS/BA degree and/or 3+ years experience in a relatable analytics and reporting role

+ Highly organized with ability to drive many competing priorities

+ Demonstrates flexibility and thrives in a fast-paced, action oriented environment, with ability to juggle long term goals and short-term deliverables

**Desired Skills**
