Overview
The Kohler Signature Store (KSS) is a luxury kitchen and bath showroom that offers a comprehensive shopping experience. Sales Consultants will provide expert product selection assistance and design advice in collaboration with Kohlers design team elevating consumer experience.

If so, then the Kohler Signature Store in Scottsdale, a division of Hajoca Corporation, would like to invite you to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections and successfully closing the sale.
  • Provide customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing and availability.
  • Meet or exceed the monthly required Sales Targets
  • Enter Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases and maintain customer communication to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
  • Process showroom sale returns and refund paperwork in accordance with Company policy and procedure.
  • Maintain product literature files to ensure the most current and accurate information is always provided to our customers.
  • Keep showroom clean, neat, current, stocked and safely displayed.
  • Attend industry-related functions and professional events to learn about new products, design industry trends and build business relationships.
  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years premium sales experience
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Possess strong verbal and written skills
  • Use Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word) to communicate via email, to maintain customer contact files and appointment calendar

  • Be self-directed, detailed, and highly organized
  • Manage and develop customer, trade, and Kohler relationships
  • Ability to work weekends

  • Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends
  • Knowledge of products sold in the showroom preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
