The Software Engineer is a key member of the SCRUM team and works with the Product Owner and/or Manager of Software Development to ensure the delivery of the SCRUM team meets agreed upon standards.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Support the full life cycle of products including design/requirements, coding/programming, unit testing, and maintenance

  • Participate in the designing of solutions for enhancements as well as improvements to the existing software.

  • Effectively manage deadlines and release quality code.

  • Adhere to companys best practices and polices

  • Perform development, unit testing, implementation and documentation

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals

What Youll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, information systems, or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-5 years development experience with complex software products

  • Demonstrated proficiency in C#, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL

  • Proficient in object-oriented design and object-oriented development skills including design patterns

  • JavaScript, jQuery, Kendo UI, Telerik Reports knowledge a plus

  • Microsoft IIS, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft SSMS, and AWS experience a plus

  • Understanding of software development methodologies, documentation, design, and implementation

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Whats Good to Know

  • Occasional Travel, usually no more than 3-5 days per month

  • Occasional on-call/after-hours support expected

SCRUM Team: Product owner, business analyst(s), developers, QA analysts

Product management

Client support as well as other departments of DREAMteam
