Manage Applications in compliance with all applicable bank policies and standards.



**Required Skillsets:**



Extensive technical expertise in risk remediation

Technical expertise in Voice and Video communication platforms

Technical expertise on ATT and Verizon carrier platforms

Experience working in large real time communication environment

Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required

Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the environment we support

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills to interact in team and enterprise environment

Flexibility and ability to effectively work in a changing environment

Ability to simplify analysis and complex information into succinct executive-level presentations

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Project
