You will work directly with our exceptional group in Product Management and Product Development to support IT's impacting projects, product releases, and product licensing. As a valued member of this team, improvements that support strategic goals.

Bring your knowledge of IT, business operations, policies and procedures to the table. Be dedicated, demonstrate customer service skills and be comfortable interacting outside the department with our business partners across the enterprise.

What will you do?

  • Nurture a relationship with Product Management and Product Development teams
  • Provide business processes, industry standards and standard methodologies
  • Initiate communication of IT Strategy to the business and Business Strategy to IT
  • Prioritize requests with the business, meet or exceed IT Service Level Agreements (SLA)
  • Maintain project roadmaps for our business units
  • Develop solutions to moderately complex problems
  • Elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements with the teams
  • Partner with IT teams, including Business Intelligence, Web Dev, Operations, etc. to drive business requirements for assigned business units
  • Facilitates and coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT) across our enterprise to release new functionality to support new product offerings
  • Assist in driving internal team process change
  • Assist in development of new process documentation
  • Facilitate training for new processes
  • Alignment to process changes

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Able to understand business functionality and translate it into application requirements
  • Ability to craft compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
  • Solid grasp of business complexity and project interdependencies
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question thought partners across functions
  • Extraordinary written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to quickly solve problems that may arise in work products
  • Ability to partner with system analysts, developers, and quality analysts to identify course of resolutions
  • In depth understanding of the various software development lifecycles (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Excellent meeting facilitation skills and influence to drive groups to decisions
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, within a team
  • Advanced knowledge of the end-to-end business processes in the disciplines assigned
  • Advanced knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management
  • Advanced knowledge of business analysis standard methodologies including documentation requirements for large bodies of work

How do you qualify?

  • Hold BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience in IT related field
  • Showcase 5+ years working experience as a business analyst or equivalent
