Main Objective:



The Sr Manager Org Change Mgmt is responsible for the initial establishment and on-going sustainment of a Change Management Office governance structure and leads the team of Org Change Mgmt team responsible for managing the OCM activities within all Arthrex sites in support of regional, enterprise-wide and/or global projects and programs. The position will partner with cross functional teams to effectively enable the adoption of business readiness through design, development and execution of people-focused organizational change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The position will also provide strategies, guidance, tools, support, communication products, and other deliverables in accordance with plans and project objectives. The position will also work closely with the PMO and other functions to ensure adequate change management resources are available.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead, mentor and grow the Org Change Mgmt team serving as the primary OCM point of contact to Arthrex.

  • Partner with the Solutions Delivery teams in order to seamlessly deliver change management to the organization as part of project initiatives.

  • Build strategic alignment within the organization

  • Proactively deploy appropriate change management methodology, standards and tools to effectively enable a customized framework to ensure user adoption and business readiness.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project initiative.

  • Establish management systems that drives continuous growth in maturity of processes and capabilities in business readiness.

  • Design, deliver and complete change management assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor overall change management program portfolio.

  • Up to 25% travel required.

Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience combining work within business function (Mfg., Supply Chain, Distb., Operations Mgmt, Finance, HR or Engineering) with successively more responsibly in leadership roles

  • Prior experience leading global, enterprise-wide implementations involving external implementation partners preferred.

  • 5+ years of direct management/supervision experience preferred

  • Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of an ERP system a plus.

  • Previous position in Pharma or Medical Device industry a plus.

  • Experience working in a project where multiple functions work in a matrix structure a plus.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:



  • Demonstrated history of success leading a business through a significant transformation initiative.

  • Experience working with globally diverse partners or leading cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization.

  • Understanding of the major functions in a global organization.

  • Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

  • Strong negotiating, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.

  • In depth knowledge of Organizational Change Management functions and practices. Prosci Change Management certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization up to the executive management level.

  • Experience with process improvement techniques and tools. Lean or Six Sigma preferred.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Ability to adapt and work across different cultures and with a variety of leaders from different backgrounds and experiences.
    Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
    Microsoft Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
