**Job Description:**

+ Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to Global Corporate Banking clients. Partner closely with client-facing teammates in GBAM to consult on sales opportunities and provide the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client.

+ Responsible for the delivery of integrated treasury solutions to sophisticated set of clients in the banking sector located in the North American market. Portfolio would be approximately $55MM and include the top seven banks in Canada.

+ The Global Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for managing and responsibly growing frontline Treasury revenue streams across core cash management, card, trade, BAMS, FX and liquidity for the assigned client base.

+ The Global Treasury Sales Officer must navigate across regional geographies to drive global solutions for clients and grow the portfolios global revenue and profits.

+ To be successful in the role, TSOs must maintain and build a strong client focus as well as industry awareness and understanding of the bank and operational aspects of the products and services used by clients in addition to possessing good interpersonal, financial acumen, communication and presentation skills.


+ Candidate must have a strong strategic sales ability, understanding industry challenges and requirements

+ Must demonstrate working knowledge US banking regulation in the compliance space including but not limited to AML, OFAC and KYC

+ Ability to present creative solutions spanning multiple products across multiple regions

+ Must be driven and have demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles to secure business

+ Must have the expertise on leveraging the power of our Firm to drive new business opportunities

+ 5+ years experience in serving and selling sophisticated treasury solutions to FIG clients

+ Proven business development skills with a FIG client set

+ Strong relationship management skills

+ Broad and deep familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends

+ Ability to function effectively under time pressure as an individual contributor

+ Collaborative approach to business in support of close team environment

+ Strong Executive presence both internally/externally

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to travel 40% - 75% of the time


+ Knowledge of traditional Correspondent Banking products as sold to banks (USD clearing, Euro Clearing, FX Payments)

+ Experience working with Canadian banks
