**Job Description:**

+ The Treasury Sales Officer (TSO) is responsible for aggressively growing large lendable, non-lendable, or strategic deposits at attractive spreads. The TSO will partner with Bankers (Corporate, Commercial or Business), Trade, Liquidity, Investment, and Markets partners and others across the enterprise to develop customized deposit solutions that meet client and firm objectives

+ The TSO will be responsible for both new client acquisition and expansion of existing relationships

+ The TSO will be accountable for large balance growth, client calling, portfolio development, pricing strategy andproposal/presentationdevelopment/delivery

+ The TSO will maintain a strong client focus, continue to develop their Treasury expertise and demonstrate a broad understanding of Bank structure, as well as the operational aspects of global cash management products and services

+ The TSO will navigate across regional geographies to drive Global Solutions for clients as well as exceed the portfolios global balance goals.


+ Five or more years of experience successfully selling sophisticated Global Treasury Solutions to companies

+ Proven business development skills

+ Demonstrated deep familiarity with Global Treasury management products, services and trends

+ Demonstrated ability to function effectively under time pressure as an individual contributor

+ Proven success utilizing a collaborative, team approach to sales

+ Strong Executive presence bothinternally/externally

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

+ Working knowledge of wholesale liquidity

+ Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast past environment

+ Proven success developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships

+ Proven experience interacting and presenting to senior colleagues throughout the organization

+ Ability to travel between 40% - 80% of the time

+ Bachelors degree required, or equivalent experience. Preferred candidates will have a degree in Business

+ Preferred candidates will have obtained their CTP

+ Preferred candidates will have a deep understanding of monetary policy, short-rate products; market dynamics and key liquidity regulations (i.e. LCR, RRP)
