Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 2+ year supervisory experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent,
  • Must have Food Handler certificate
  • Must read, write, speak and understand English
  • Must be flexible for both AM/PM shifts and may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and move approximately 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend and reach daily
  • Ability to operate and control power meat slicer, buffalo chopper equipment
  • Ability to move freely within a small area
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring sustained repetitive motion and fine motor skills (such as chopping and slicing)
  • Ability to work in temperature extremes
  • Ability to read or understand diagrams, and count
  • Not infected by diseases transmitted through the food supply as designated by the Public Health services

Job Tasks:

  • Supervises, trains, and motivates all stewarding employees
  • Assist the Executive Sous Chef in maintaining proper inventories of silver, china, glassware, and all supplies.
  • Maintain all the inventory and record-keeping for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.
  • Controlled stock to include chinaware, silverware, glassware, crockery, etc.
  • Inventory all dishes, silverware, and glassware used
  • Assist the Executive Sous Chef in maintaining proper inventories of silver, china, glassware, and all supplies.
  • Maintain all the inventory and record-keeping for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.
  • Controlled stock to include chinaware, silverware, glassware, crockery, etc.
  • Inventory all dishes, silverware, and glassware used
  • Assist the Executive Steward in maintaining proper inventories of silver, china, glassware, and all supplies.
  • Maintain all the inventory and record-keeping for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.
  • Controlled stock to include chinaware, silverware, glassware, crockery, etc.
  • Inventory all dishes, silverware, and glassware used
  • Assist the Executive Steward in maintaining proper inventories of silver, china, glassware, and all supplies.
  • Maintain all the inventory and record-keeping for all dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.
  • Controlled stock to include chinaware, silverware, glassware, crockery, etc.
  • Inventory all dishes, silverware, and glassware used
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by Management
