Succession and Retirement Financial Services Representative

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

This is a part-time, 49% FTE position.

  • Provide administrative support to S&R Planning Consultants and the VP of S&R Planning.

  • Generate customer reports, letters, memos, charts and graphs.

  • Create and maintain files in various systems.

  • Establish and maintain customer contact, work with customers to schedule meetings and updates.

  • Ensure effective communication between the S&R Department and other departments within the association.

  • Responsible for time records and updates to customer billing system.

  • Present a professional, competent and welcoming image to AgCountry customers and office visitors.

  • Facilitate a strong sense of teamwork and purpose.

Required Qualifications:

  • Post High School education in administrative support or related field and/or equivalent business related experience.

  • Three years administrative experience in the area of agriculture real estate, legal documentation and/or paralegal preferred.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work efficiently under pressure.

  • Ability to follow through on assignments with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and customer service skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.
