The Support Analyst will provide high quality, friendly, and prompt technical application support for Harris Coordinated Care EHR software products. The individual selected for this role will be a highly energetic, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. As a Support Analyst, this person will be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service to Behavioral and Mental Health providers across the United States.

Primary Functions:

  • Monitors and answers incoming support calls and tickets
  • Diagnosing software issues / bugs, performing the appropriate resolution
  • May use documentation to help resolve issues
  • Maintains client relationships
  • Creates and provides support documentation
  • Helps rollout software upgrades
  • Stay abreast on the latest developments of the application

What we are looking for:

  • BS/BA degree in related business or technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism toward both clients and co-workers.
  • Excellent problem solving skills: Identification, solution, and execution.
  • Ability to review, prioritize, and respond to multiple client issues in a fast paced organization.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proactive: Anticipates issues and actively initiates change.
  • Teachable: Open and able to learn new processes and products.

What will make you stand out:

  • Previous experience with Electronic Health Record software support
  • Knowledge of the Behavioral Health or Mental Health technology space

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Working Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home office location. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Periods of stress may occur.

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stoop as necessary. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

Expected Hours of Work:

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours.
