Timely creation and delivery of access accounts to employees and management; modification of permission levels as required; suspend and remove access as required for terminations or leave of absences; performs periodic account audits as required; support external and internal audit efforts by providing accurate user account information; create and maintain accurate process documentation.

What you will do:

  • Utilize various account management tools to manage access for various systems including, but not limited to: all critical applications in the environment, email, remote access, network access,and network file shares.
  • Create,modify, suspend, and delete employee system accounts as required
  • Identify and resolve access issues for all internal associates worldwide.
  • System security policies are implemented and the process of creation, modification,suspension, and deletion of employee system accounts is strictly maintained.
  • Complete confidentiality should be maintained for any and all requests made to Systems Access.
  • Uphold and communicate corporate security policies relating to access and authorization based on all related policies.
  • Create and maintain accurate process documentation.
  • Propose, develop and provide client delivery improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT departments on systems, processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in quality improvement processes.
  • Provide 24/7 pager coverage. (rotational)

What you will need:

  • 3+ years client service experience.
  • General ability to understand technical requirements related to operating systems, networks and applications.
  • Knowledge of general access roles and permissions as well as account management principles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high volume, process-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of OS (Win10, Win7).
  • Knowledge of permissions integration and group policy in Active Directory preferred.
  • 2+ years experience with MS Office (2010, 2013) applications.

Success Measurements:

  • Ability to effectively handle escalations and time critical issues
  • Working knowledge of all hardware platforms, software applications and operating systems used within Gartner
  • Successful creation, modification, suspension, and deletion of employee system accounts as required
  • Ability to manage complex multi part inquiries
  • Excellent analytical and resolution ability
  • Ability to successfully communicate (both written & verbal) issues and resolutions with end users and technical leads
  • Successful completion of projects and tasks both independently and in a cross-functional environment
  • Proven ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
  • Maintain Service Levels and department goals for problem resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills in the maintenance of documentation and policies
  • Attendance of training to advance technical expertise on supported systems
