Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator/Project Integrator will support the Customer's Technical Director Staff (TDS), which is responsible for developing strategic direction and information technology architecture and roadmaps. This organization serves as the research and development and product, solution, and technology evaluation arm and works in close relationship with external partners. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Organize, schedule, and serve as the interface for executive Technical Director Council meetings on behalf of the Sponsor.
  • Establish, implement and conduct a business process to manage and track the Sponsor's R&D business workflow leveraging the Sponsor's JIRA ticketing system.
  • Manage the Sponsor's SharePoint document repository.
  • Manage and track the Sponsor's budget and portfolio.
  • Compose responses and manage Corporate Action Tracker (CAT) actions on behalf of the Sponsor.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents and presentations in accordance with the Sponsor's templates and style guides.

Conduct preliminary commercial and Open-source market surveys of products and services that align with the Sponsor's roadmap


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience in process refinement, business workflow, documentation store, conducting preliminary IT technology market surveys, and organize/host executive meetings.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills (analysis, judgment, information seeking.)
  • Domain knowledge of Sponsor's business processes.
  • Microsoft Windows 10 Operating System.
  • Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.)
  • Microsoft SharePoint.
  • JIRA ticketing system.
  • Firefox, Chrome, and Internet Explorer browsers.
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD, or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AI and ML.
  • Experience with technology insertion activities In an IT enterprise.
  • Budget and portfolio work experience
  • First hand experience in establishing and conducting R&D development projects
  • Experience with information technology insertion activities
