What we do:

The Talent Acquisition team manages the Bank's recruitment activities which includes professional recruiting, undergraduate and graduate recruitment efforts, internship programs, the employee referral program, and the internal job posting program. The team executes against these activities by partnering and working collaboratively with assigned business functions.

Your role as Talent Acquisition Manager:

You will manage the recruitment activities of the Early Career Recruitment Team and Talent Acquisition Coordinators. This person will also work on process improvements/reporting metrics.

  • Manages the team and recruitment activities for Early Career Recruitment including all programs such as the undergraduate and graduate summits and events, summer internship programs, full-time and rotational programs.

  • Manage the Early Careers team and their efforts to develop a skilled and diverse talent pipeline to meet the current and evolving needs of the Bank.

  • Identify ways to streamline and create efficiencies in current processes.

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Coordinator team and the work that they do to support the Talent Acquisition Partners in their efforts of a full cycle recruiting process.

  • Proactively identify process improvements and provide reporting to support those efforts.

  • Provides consultative expertise to stakeholders as it pertains to early career recruitment processes and talent acquisition support.

  • Demonstrated experience with Workday in talent acquisition or other human resources related environment.

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership or management teams on hiring initiatives and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and/or spearheading projects.
