If you are a manufacturing and operations professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you!Based in ourNatchitoches, Louisiana location, you willsupervise 20-30 employees in our manufacturing processes within the assembly department, while meeting and/or exceeding goals for production, safety, and quality, with an emphasis on employee relations, housekeeping, and scrap reduction. In addition, you will work with existing policies for consistent application, partnering with management and human resources.


  • Superviseutilizing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Use technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, as applies to such supervision.
  • Utilize computer skills to facilitate processes and software used.
  • Pursue objectives with organizational skills to meet goals.
  • Work with personnel at all levels of the organization.

You develop a team that that shows you genuinely care about them by placing their needs as a priority, while maintaining a strict level of confidentiality.You are always prepared to communicate and opento input and discussion to ensure the team is aligning with business objectives.You are innovative and able to convert ideas into actions to meet daily goals.   • Two (2) year Associate's Degreeplus one (1) year of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 0%-5% of the time.
  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role.
  • Four (4) year Bachelor's Degree.
  • One to three (1-3) years or more of experience in manufacturing with similar responsibilities.

Since this position is second shift, thegeneral working hours for this position are4:30 PM - 3 AM. Overtime requirements are be based on customer needs to meet business objectives.

About our Location
Alliance Compressors is a joint venture established by Emerson Climate Technology, Inc., formerly Copeland Corporation (a subsidiary of Emerson), Trane (now a part of Ingersoll Rand), and Lennox International. The partnership was formed for the purpose of developing, manufacturing, and marketing one through six-ton scroll compressors. Scroll compressors are used in commercial and residential air conditioning units. The current facility is over 365,000 square feet of manufacturing space and over 35,000 square feet of office space. This climate-controlled facility is the third largest manufacturing business in the area, and offers the 600+ employees many opportunities for advancement.
