CashPro sits within the Global Markets organization and Global Transaction Services which provide liquidity management, payments and receipts, trade and supply chain finance, foreign exchange and commercial card services to small businesses, middle market companies, and to multinational corporations, financial institutions and governments around the world. This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced forward looking group that can accelerate any Technical Managers career as we continue to expand our footprint around the world, our technology and most importantly expand our talent pool that allows us to always be on the cutting edge of innovation. The Technical manager will manage production application support and technology initiative projects. Formulates/designs systems scope and objectives for the applications/development of a major project or multiple lesser projects. Provide day to day oversight of technology team; manage and motivate team to achieve production, timeliness and accuracy goals. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives. Forecast and manage initiative funded project. In the context of Regulatory and Sales Technology, this position will only manage contractors.



+ Must have Management experience in maintaining applications and projects.

+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deal with urgent requests in a fast-paced and demanding environment

+ Relevant IT experience (SDLC- Waterfall / Agile)

+ Advanced Skills in JQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, JSON, JavaScript

+ Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring MVC, Web Services, SQL & PL/SQL (Oracle)

+ Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, JBoss Application Server and WebLogic Application server

+ Strong experience in Integration Technology Mule ESB & IDE

+ Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and Unit Testing and Web Services.

+ Able to contribute to 1. Automation 2. Causal analysis 3. Develop shared/common solutions.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills (both to a technical and non-technical audience)

+ Analytical Thinking, Attention to Detail, Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Innovative thinking, Mentoring
