Were constantly refining and pushing our product further, and were looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with a creative, strategic-thinking, and innovative team based in Bozeman, Montana.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be accountable for coordinating the planning, scheduling, estimating, resourcing, and reporting for all projects. You will proactively identify issues and facilitate their resolution to ensure project objectives are achieved. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are critical to success in this role.


  • Create comprehensive project plans that define key deliverables and activities
  • Forecast project cost estimates and perform cost benefit analysis
  • Ensure owners of deliverables and activities understand what is expected of them
  • Identify and communicate issues that could interfere with quality, cost or time
  • Facilitate the resolution of issues to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Refine schedules as new information emerges and changes occur
  • Monitor schedule and provide timely tailored communication to various stakeholders
  • Develop and implement mitigation plans if deliverables fall behind schedule
  • Manage relationships with third-party resource providers and vendors associated with projects
  • Ensure all critical project documents are created and approved


  • 6 or more years of project management experience in the software industry
  • Proven track record managing successful projects
  • Experience applying multiple project management approaches to projects
  • Ability to collaborate across the entire organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to adapt approach and plans to changes
  • Ability to interface and build relationships at all levels of the organization
